This publication presents the 10-year strategic framework for the GMS Program, which was endorsed by the GMS countries at the 10th Ministerial Conference.

The GMS strategic framework was formulated to respond to the changing global and regional context, and build on the success of the past 10 years of the GMS Program. It highlights 11 flagship programs, which are multisector, large-scale initiatives representing major advances in subregional cooperation.
