1st Meeting of the GMS Regional Power Trade Coordination Committee (RPTCC-1)

The First Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Regional Power Trade Coordination Committee (RPTCC-1) was held in Guilin in the People's Republic of China on 13-14 July 2004. The meeting was organized by the National Development and Reform Commission and China Southern Power Grid Co. of the People’s Republic of China, and the Asian Development Bank.
