The members of the Working Group on Environment (WGE) from the six countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS), namely, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, met in Kunming, PRC on 1 April 2019 for the 24^th  Annual Meeting of the WGE (WGE 24) and attended the Consultation Workshop on Proposed GMS Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Program (CCESP) from 1 to 2 April 2019.

The Regional Power Trade Coordination Committee (RPTCC-26) held its 26^th  Meeting back-to-back with the meetings of the Working Group for Planning and Operations (WGPO)* and Working Group on Regulatory Issues (WGRI) on 26  to 27 November 2019 in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

The Twenty-third Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Subregional Transport Forum (STF-23) was held in Bangkok, Thailand on 14–15 August 2019. The theme for the forum was “Expanding GMS Transport Cooperation to Vital Multi-sector Concerns.”

This is the summary of proceedings of the 3rd Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion Urban Development Working Group held in Siem Reap, Cambodia, from 5–6 December 2019.

The Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Working Group held its 44th meeting in Siem Reap, Cambodia, on 28 November 2019.

The RIF 2022: Second Progress Report and Update (2019) was endorsed by the GMS Ministers at the 23rd Ministerial Conference in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 18 November 2019. It represents updates to the RIF 2022 during the 2019 cycle (June to November 2019). It includes a revision to the RIF 2022 to a new total of 255 investment and technical assistance projects requiring a total of $92.7 billion in financing.

The book presents research into the production of safe, high quality, and environmentally friendly agriculture products in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS).

The Greater Mekong Subregion Working Group on Agriculture held its 16th meeting on 17–18 June 2019 in Luang Prabang, Lao People's Democratic Republic.
