YANGON, MYANMAR (6 April 2017) — Myanmar’s growth should accelerate this year and the next, driven by a firming recovery in the major industrial economies and the government’s continued reforms, says a new Asian Development Bank (ADB) report launched today.

VIENTIANE, LAO PDR (6 April 2017) — Economic growth is picking up in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic’s (Lao PDR) in 2017 and 2018, supported by the expansion of production and sales of electricity, a buoyant services sector growth, and construction of the cross-border railway project, says a new Asian Development Bank report released today.

ADB Forecasts Cambodia's Economic Growth to Remain Robust

PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA (6 April 2017) — Cambodia’s economy is expected to remain strong over the next 2 years, driven by solid garment and footwear exports, construction and real estate activities, rising government expenditure, and a moderate recovery in agricultural production, says a new Asian Development Bank (ADB) report released today.

ADB Support to Strengthen Health Security in Lao PDR, Mekong Region
