The Asian Development Bank, through a grant from Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction, supports 87,000 households in Myanmar to improve productivity and enhance livelihoods through community-driven development initiatives. Cohesive communities are organized and encouraged to participate at every stage of the project through a holistic approach that fosters ownership, instead of dependency, which can be replicated across Myanmar.
