This is the summary of proceedings from the 6th Meeting of the Subregional Telecommunications Forum of the Greater Mekong Subregion held in Hanoi, Viet Nam on 27-28 October 2004.

The Eighth Meeting (the Meeting) of the Subregional Transport Forum (the STF) was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 3-4 August 2004. The Meeting was jointly organized by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) of the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The Fourth Meeting of the Subregional Investment Working Group (SIWG-4) was held on 6-7 July 2004 at the Sofitel Central Plaza Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

The First Meeting of the Regional Power Trade Coordination Committee (RPTCC-1) was held in Guilin, PRC on 13-14 July 2004. The Meeting was co-organized by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and China Southern Power Grid Co. (CSG) of the People's Republic of China (PRC), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
